City Passage Mentors have a rare combination of courage, dedication, and passion. They have passed through adolescence into adulthood, achieved success in higher education, and desire to lead another along this passage. City Passage mentors recognize God is calling them to serve not as gurus, but as guides; not as the source, but as a resource. City Passage mentors are servant-leaders.

Summary
City Passage mentoring is one- on-one and not site-specific. City Passage mentors are expected to meet and/or communicate with their mentees weekly, participate in trainings and activities, and report on the relationship. City Passage mentors are not alone. The program coordinator is available for support, and we are a community of mentors and mentees that can support one another.
