Passport Application Process
The information below will provide you with general information regarding  the steps in the Passport Application process.

1. Complete Passport Application

Online OR Download a paper application. Applications will be considered complete when a signed application, essays, high school transcript, letters of recommendation and Application Supplement have been received. 

2. Schedule a 1-hour in-person interview

You will be contacted by phone and email to schedule an in-person 1-hour interview with student and Parent/guardian(s). Interviews will take place in our offices located at 62 Northampton Street, 4th Floor, Boston, MA 02118. 

3. Letter Notification 

After your in-person interview, you will be notified within 2 weeks by mail and email about your Passport Application status and next steps. 

4. Passport Deposit of $75

A program deposit of $75 is due two (2) weeks after the date on your Passport Application letter of notification. Money order deposits will be accepted only. This is a one-time deposit.

5. Attend Parent and Student Orientation

Students and families will be provided the details regarding Parent and Student Orientation in their Letter Notification.
