Mary Carmon's Bio:

Born and raised in Venezuela, Mary studied marketing and publicity. In 2001, she moved to the United States where she met her husband and is now the mother of a six-year old daughter named Sofia. In 2007, she began taking English classes at HERC, later becoming a regular volunteer in the office. This year, she is serving as a full-time Americorps member, facilitating the children’s, computer, and learner support services. She says, “I am in a beautiful team called HERC, doing great things for the Lord. All of these experiences are instruments that everyday I’m learning to use and to be able to help others with my knowledge. I know that Lord has tremendous plans and purposes in our lives and that we can be united by our dreams come true. Thank you for this time.”
